Before we Consult, Create, Coordinate and Celebrate let's cover the basics. 

Who provides the alcohol?

Per NY ABC Laws and regulations, we can not buy or sell alcohol for an event. The alcohol must be bought by the client. Nonetheless, we will help put together a shopping list and even  pick up the order and transport it to the event. 

What do you provide?

We provide all the equipment and materials needed to make and serve drinks (cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, etc), professional bartenders with the knowledge and expertise and a consultation to design a personalized menu and alcohol shopping list. 

Do I need a Permit?

If your event is being held on your private property, a permit is not required. If the event is being held in a public event space or even a private property that is used as an event space, a permit is needed. We can facilitate guidance on how to obtain this license or for an additional fee we can procure it for you. 

What is required to book?

We require 50% of your package total along with a signed contract. After that were all set.
